Should have completed UG or PG degree in Engineering, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, IT, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture with an aggregate of 50% marks or

2 years full time PG diploma in Management / MBA Degree or

Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) or

Doctorate Degree holder.

Education Qualification for Manager(Grade B):

Should have 3 years experience (2 yrs for SC/ST) as on 31.01.2016 as an officer in any commercial/ co-operative/ regional rural bank or non-banking finance companies.

Masters degree with aggregate of 60% marks (for further qualification, refer advt).

Note : Fresh graduates are not eligible to apply for Manager post due to 3 yr experience rule.

Selection Procedure:  
Assistant Manager candidates will have to undergo three stages:

• Phase I – Preliminary Exam (200 marks | 2 Hours)
• Phase II – Main Exam (200 marks | 3 hours)
• Phase III – Interview  (25 marks)

 Manager positions have a different pattern:

• Phase I – Preliminary Exam (200 marks | 2 Hours)
• Phase II – Main Exam (300 marks | 4 1/2 hours)
• Phase III – Interview  (40 marks)
