Age Limit for Assistant Manager (Grade A):
Candidates should have age between 18 year to 30 years as on advertisement dates.(relaxable as per categories)
Age Limit for Manager (Grade B):
Candidates should have age between 25 year to 35 years as on advertisement dates.(relaxable as per categories)
Salary :
Assistant manager : Rs.43,183 /month (approx) including all the allowances.
Manager : Rs.54,970 /month (incl benefits & allowances).
Education Qualification for Assistant Manager(Grade A):
Freshers are eligible to apply
Should have completed UG or PG degree
in Engineering, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, IT, Agriculture,
Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology,
Horticulture with an aggregate of 50% marks or
2 years full time PG diploma in Management / MBA Degree or
Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) or
Doctorate Degree holder.
Education Qualification for Manager(Grade B):
Should have 3 years experience
(2 yrs for SC/ST) as on 31.01.2016 as an officer in any commercial/
co-operative/ regional rural bank or non-banking finance companies.
Masters degree with aggregate of 60% marks (for further qualification, refer advt).
Note : Fresh graduates are not eligible to apply for Manager post due to 3 yr experience rule.

Assistant Manager candidates will have to undergo three stages:

While the application fees for SC/ST/PWD candidates is Rs.100, applicants from other categories should pay Rs.750 for Grade A & Rs.850 for Grade B positions.

Step-2. Fill the Registration form.
Step-3. Submit the online application form.
Step-4. Take a hard copy for future Reference.
Note : Candidates can apply for both posts by submitting separate fee & application. You can choose a different test center for prelims & mains from the list of cities given in the registration form.
